Clinical Overview
Cancer-related fatigue is a profound, persistent sense of physical, emotional, and cognitive exhaustion related to cancer or its treatment, not relieved by rest. Ayurveda views this as the ultimate depletion (Kshaya) of all Dhatus and profound loss of Ojas, caused by both the aggressive disease (Arbuda) and the intense toxicity of allopathic treatments. Our approach is purely palliative and restorative (Rasayana), focusing on gentle nourishment and protecting Agni without stimulating tumor growth.
Emergency Warning Signs

Classical Perspective
Samprapti (Pathogenesis)
The disease and its harsh treatments act as severe toxins (Gara Visha), rapidly depleting Rasa and Rakta Dhatu (leading to anemia) and ultimately destroying Ojas. The Agni (digestive fire) is usually shattered, making it impossible for the body to rebuild energy.

Severe Vata aggravation (depletion) and Ama toxicity
Dhatu
Sarva Dhatu Kshaya (Depletion of all tissues), especially Rasa, Rakta, Ojas
Srotas
Annavaha, Rasavaha, Raktavaha
Precision Treatment Protocol
Panchakarma Interventions
Classical Medicines
- chyawanprash
Key Herbs
- ashwagandha
- guduchi
- amla
