Clinical Overview

Epilepsy is a central nervous system disorder in which brain activity becomes abnormal, causing seizures or periods of unusual behavior. In Ayurveda, it is known as Apasmara, a condition characterized by transient loss of memory, intellect, and consciousness due to profound vitiation of all three doshas affecting the Manovaha Srotas (channels of the mind). Our supportive Ayurvedic approach aims to strengthen the nervous system, balance the mind, and reduce the frequency and intensity of seizures alongside anti-epileptic drugs.
