Clinical Overview
Vestibular neuritis is an inflammation of the vestibular nerve in the inner ear, causing severe vertigo and dizziness. Ayurveda views this as an acute Pitta-Vata imbalance affecting the Shrotravaha Srotas (auditory/balance channels). Management includes acute Pitta pacification to reduce nerve inflammation, followed by Vata stabilization therapies like Shirodhara and specific ear drops (Karna Bindu).
