Brahmi
Sanskrit: Brahmi•Botanical: Bacopa monnieri
Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri) is a premier Medhya Rasayana (cognitive enhancer) in Ayurveda. Named after Brahma, the creator of the universe, it has been used for millennia to improve memory, intellect, and concentration. Modern pharmacological research confirms its potent nootropic, neuroprotective, and anxiolytic properties, primarily attributed to active compounds called Bacosides.
