Mustadi Yapana Basti (Sustaining Enema)
in Bengaluru
Mustadi Yapana Basti is a highly celebrated "Yapana" (sustaining/prolonging life) enema. It uses a complex mixture of meat soups, milk, ghee, honey, and herbs. It is unique because it cleanses the body while simultaneously providing immense nourishment and strength.
Clinical Benefits
- Highly beneficial in chronic debilitating diseases like Muscular Dystrophy and Multiple Sclerosis
- Excellent for supporting kidney function in Chronic Renal Failure (reduces creatinine levels)
- Powerful anti-aging and rejuvenating (Rasayana) therapy for the elderly
- Dramatically improves sperm count and sexual vigor
Clinical Procedure
1. Preparation (Purvakarma)
- • A complex emulsion of Musta (Nutgrass) decoction, milk, meat soup (Mamsa Rasa), honey, ghee, and egg (sometimes) is prepared.
2. Main Action (Pradhana Karma)
Administered rectally. Because it is highly nourishing, it is often retained longer than a standard cleansing enema.
3. Post-Therapy (Paschatkarma)
- • Evacuation yields toxic matter while the nourishing elements are absorbed into the body.
