Swarnaprashana (Ayurvedic Immunization)
in Bengaluru

Swarnaprashana is a unique Ayurvedic immunization and brain-boosting therapy for children (from birth to 16 years). It involves administering a drop of pure, medically processed Gold ash (Swarna Bhasma) mixed with honey, ghee, and brain-tonic herbs like Brahmi and Vacha.

Clinical Benefits

  • Dramatically builds non-specific immunity, preventing recurrent colds, coughs, and fevers in children
  • Acts as a powerful Medhya Rasayana, significantly improving memory, intellect, and concentration
  • Aids in physical growth and helps meet developmental milestones early
  • Highly beneficial supportive care for children with Autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities

Clinical Procedure

1. Preparation (Purvakarma)

  • A specific paste or liquid is made using highly purified Swarna Bhasma (Gold Ash), Medhya herbs, cow's ghee, and honey.

2. Main Action (Pradhana Karma)

A few drops (dose depends on age) are placed on the child's tongue. Traditionally, it is given on the auspicious day of Pushya Nakshatra every month, or daily for maximum brain development.

3. Post-Therapy (Paschatkarma)

  • No food or water is given for 30 minutes to allow sublingual absorption.

Patient FAQs

Is it safe to give heavy metals like gold to a baby?

Swarna Bhasma in Ayurveda is NOT raw metal. It undergoes months of rigorous purification (Shodhana) and incineration (Marana) with herbal juices until it becomes a nano-particle, bio-absorbable oxide. When processed correctly by reputed pharmacies, it is entirely safe and highly therapeutic, as proven by numerous safety studies.
